Team

We’re not academics, professors, doctors of sociology, techies or mobile marketing gurus. We’re not specialist outsourcers who’ll delegate your research and marketing needs to a sweatshop in Kolkata. We’re simply passionate about youth culture and marketing. That’s why we’ve been in the game since 2001 working with brands like Disney, Red Bull, MTV and Nokia.

We love sharing what we learn and helping clients focus on what matters now. It’s too easy to dump a 200 page report or even more insights on your desk. That’s just lazy. We’re passionate about simplicity and giving clients an actionable marketing plan rather than more information.

We’re agents of change; Pirates not the Royal Navy. We’re the 10% and love building bridges between companies and youth culture. But we’re not a “youth agency” coming to tell you how all your marketing is junk and so “middle-aged”. We aren’t “trends consultants” who’ll roll into the meeting on a scooter.

We’re focused on the bottom line. You’re more likely to see us wearing suits than carrot jeans and a baseball cap. You’ll want to work with us not because we try to look like youth but because we’re trying to understand your business challenges. And, we may even tell you what you don’t want to hear.

This is a journey and we hope you’ll join us along the way.
